Why do you want to apply for : I have played on a server very similar to this one. However it seems to be losing popularity and I'm not sure how much longer it will be up. This server has a good sized player base and is not a "spam server." I have a lot of experience with servers like this as I have logged .
What skills do you have when it comes to being a Moderator: I have good judgment when it comes to what punishment a player deserves. For example a grief would result in a jail for X hours depending on the size. However, if it is major it would be a ban right away, followed by a rollback to fix it. If it is a troll/spammer mute them or give the warning to stop. If the person says the server sucks and all that ask them how it can be improved, and don't just ban them. Advertising would result in a ban right away, as that is just disrespectful. I also bring knowledge of basic plugin management and have set configs for a few when I owned a server. I know how to use a few popular plugins, but the majority I will look up as I do not know them.
Situation Handling
A person is griefing another player, what will you do: Jail the player if they are caught in action and clear their inventory so they don't get to keep the stolen items. Then go back the the player who got griefed and roll it back. If the griefer is not online a jail/ban will be necessary.
A person is insulting someone, what will you do: Ask them politely to stop, if this continues a mute for a # of minutes depending on the situation.
Two players are arguing over something, what will you do: Same as if they where insulting someone, politely ask them to stop and try to solve the problem, if it continues for no reason then a mute will be required.
A person is using x-ray, what will you do? Ban them, as this is just wrong and is robbing the world of resources for players. They also probably know it is against the rules and only want to make themselves look richer/troll the admins until they get ban.
A donor is misusing his privileges, what will you do: Ask them politely to stop and jail them if they continue. If they donated they are dedicated to the server and they should not be ban unless they are hacking/griefing/spamming and only use that as a last resort.
